Technological Innovation

SAJ currently has 3 R&D centers located in Guangzhou, Wuxi, and Changsha. R&D personnel account for over 25% of its workforce and have developed leading technologies in battery BMS, PCS, EMS, energy storage equipment integration, and smart energy storage operations. SAJ has been granted 58 invention patents, 128 utility model patents, 84 design patents, and 141 software copyrights. It has been recognized as the "Little Giant" Enterprise, the National High-Tech Enterprise, the Pilot Demonstration Enterprise for intelligent PV, the National Intellectual Property Advantage Enterprise, the Guangdong Province Manufacturing Industry Single Champion, the Guangdong PV Inverter Engineering Technology Research Center, the Guangdong Enterprise Technology Center, the Guangdong Industrial Design Center, and the Guangdong Innovative Enterprise.

SAJ has established green and efffcient smarr manufacturing centers in Ganzhou (Jiangxi Province) and Foshan (Guangdong Province). Among them, the Ganzhou manufacturing center covers an area of 65 acres with a construction ffoor area of approximately 110,000 ㎡ , while the Foshan manufacturing center spans 60 acres with a building area of 41,000 ㎡ . These facilities focus on producing residential and commercial & industrial energy storage systems, as well as industrial automation products. The annual production capacity for energy storage systems reaches 7.2GWh, and industrial automation products achieve an annual capacity of 924,000 units, ensuring a leading product deliverr capability. The project is operated through digital systems, including the Manufacturing Execution System (MES), Quality Management System (QMS), Warehouse Management System (WMS), and Supplier Relationship Management (SRM). These systems aim to achieve lean new product design, technological productization, standardization of components, and intelligent logistics. SAJ is capable of providing users with comprehensive smarr energy storage solutions and serrices that integrate power generation, energy storage, power consumption, energy operations serrice and energy operation serrices across all scenarios.
